We invite you to participate in this year’s Tracking Competition which is part of the international Symposium on Mixed and Augmented Reality (ISMAR) 2015 in Fukuoka, Japan. Camera pose tracking is a key technology for combining real and virtual worlds in augmented reality. This year’s tracking competition is composed of the off-site tracking competition and the on-site tracking competition. The off-site tracking competition is held with Technical Committee on Pattern Recognition and Media Understanding (PRMU), The Institute of Electronics, Information, and Communication Engineers (IEICE). We will give awards to winner of each scenario.

  • August 31 Extended September 7, 2015: Submission deadline
  • September 30 to October 2: On-site tracking competition
  • October 2: Winner awarding at the closing ceremony
  • October 3: Tracking competition wrap-up meeting
